About Amy Norden
Amy Norden did not arrive at her work through surface-level beauty—it came through collapse, stillness, and a slow return to herself. After months of fighting Epstein-Barr and a lifetime of pushing past her own limits, her doctor delivered a command she had never considered: stop. Do less. Do only what keeps you alive. In the quiet that followed, she met the parts of herself she had been outrunning—old wounds, overstimulation, and a nervous system stretched thin.
Healing didn’t begin with grand revelations. It began in a small, unexpected moment: letting her teenage daughter give her a makeover. Something soft and familiar stirred in her—a memory of how good it once felt to play with color and expression. On a whim, she rejoined Mary Kay, not for the hustle, but for the hope of reconnecting with her own presence.
What unfolded was deeper than she ever imagined. Skincare became a ritual of reclamation. Touch became grounding. Color became renewal. She learned firsthand that radiance is not painted on—it is revealed when gentleness replaces judgment.
Within Business Witch Academy, Amy brings this steady, soothing magic to the women who need it most. She helps them meet their reflection with compassion, rebuild trust with their bodies, and rediscover the glow they thought they’d lost. Her work is not cosmetic—it is a homecoming.
Wisdom in the Deck
Card: Healing begins the moment you stop trying to fix your reflection and start loving your presence.
Theme: This card teaches that radiance is never something you earn or apply—it’s something you uncover. Healing begins when presence replaces perfection and when you meet your own reflection with tenderness instead of critique.

Amy’s Story
There was a point, not that long ago, when I was holding myself together with caffeine and sheer willpower. My body was shutting down, my mind was running on fumes, and I couldn’t tell the difference between surviving and living anymore. I had been sick for months with Epstein-Barr, and my doctor told me the words I never thought I’d hear: stop. Just… stop everything. Do only what keeps you alive and nothing more.
It felt like failure. I’d built my whole identity on doing, fixing, helping, performing—and suddenly I couldn’t even hold up the mask. Underneath, I found a mess of old trauma, overstimulation, and a nervous system that had been screaming for rest for years. The stillness was unbearable at first. It forced me to sit with everything I’d avoided feeling.
One night, while I was trying to let my teenage daughter give me a makeover, “Mary Kay” popped into my mind. I hadn’t thought about it in twenty years. Back then it was just a side hustle, something lighthearted. On impulse, I signed up again the next day. It didn’t make sense logically—but my spirit must have known something my brain didn’t.
What started as a small act of nostalgia turned into medicine. The simple rhythm of cleansing my skin, touching my own face with care, watching color bloom back into my cheeks—it grounded me. For the first time in a long time, I felt present in my own body. Skincare became a way of reintroducing myself to myself. Every ritual, every bit of shimmer and moisture, was an act of remembering that I am not broken—I am becoming.
Now, I help other women do the same. We start with skin, but it’s never just about skin. It’s about nervous systems, self-expression, and the radical permission to glow from the inside out. I see women light up when they look in the mirror—not because the products worked magic, but because they finally looked at themselves with love.
Here’s what I know now: healing doesn’t always look like therapy sessions and breakthroughs. Sometimes it looks like lotion, laughter, and a swipe of lipstick. Sometimes it starts with your hands on your own face, whispering, I’m still here.
Your glow isn’t something you buy—it’s something you remember.
